Global Enterprise Applications Developer

The OneStream Developer is responsible for the design, development, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support of the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. This role ensures that OneStream solutions meet business requirements for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Consolidation, Reporting, Forecasting, and Financial Data Management.

The successful candidate will develop custom business functionality, automate financial processes, build integrations with enterprise applications, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the OneStream platform. The role requires strong .NET development expertise, database knowledge, and experience with modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

Application Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain custom OneStream solutions.
• Create and enhance Business Rules, Calculations, Workflows, Dashboards, and Data Management processes.
• Develop automation solutions to improve financial processes and reduce manual effort.
• Implement custom functionality using OneStream extensibility features.
• Support enhancements related to Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting.
• Develop custom Business Rules and application extensions using

• Build, test, and deploy .NET-based solutions within the OneStream platform.
• Create automation routines, calculations, and validation logic supporting business requirements.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Comparable discipline

• 3+ years of software development experience.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and Azure platforms.
• Familiarity with financial data governance and compliance requirements.

Pay

Refresco Beverages Inc. offers the following competitive pay and comprehensive benefits:

$149,000k - $163,900k, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses based on company objectives.

The applicant who is hired will receive wages within the range that will be based on several factors, including, as applicable, criteria such as years and type of experience, relevant education, training, qualifications, certifications/licensing, skills, geographic location, performance, market considerations, seniority system, merit system, systems that measure earnings by quantity or quality of production, and business or organizational needs.
