Nestled between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, our resort is just 15 minutes north of Santa Barbara and offers guests a unique blend of nature, comfort, and adventure. Responsibilities

• As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by:
• Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answering questions and providing local recommendations
• Assisting guests with reservations and future bookings
• Posting charges and processing guest transactions accurately
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay
• Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries

Following resort policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Helping with other projects that contribute to an outstanding guest experience
• El Capitan Canyon Resort!

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience
• Excellent telephone skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance
• Intermediate computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
• Hotel front desk experience, a plus

Preferred

• Hospitality, hotel, resort, or customer service experience preferred

Pay

• $22.00/hour
