Senior AI Engineer - Patient Team (x/f/m)

Join Doctolib, a leading healthcare technology company, as a Senior AI Engineer in the Patient team. You will design and build the search and recommendation engines for our health companion, impacting 100 million patients across Europe. Your responsibilities will include establishing strong baselines, improving search relevance, and ensuring production quality. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in software or AI engineering, a strong analytical mindset, and hands-on experience with end-to-end retrieval systems.

• Design and build the production search & recommendation architecture, including the full retrieval, ranking, and reranking pipeline.
• Establish strong baselines and build evaluation and observability into every stage, with offline and online evaluation.
• Partner with ML Engineers and collaborate closely with PMs and SWEs to define, build, and ship AI-powered features that deliver measurable value.
