Senior AI Engineer - Search & Recommendation - Patient Team (x/f/m)

Join Doctolib, a leading healthcare technology company, as a Senior AI Engineer in the Patient team. In this role, you will design and build the search and recommendation architecture for our health companion, impacting the care of 100 million patients across Europe. You will work closely with ML Engineers, PMs, and SWEs to deliver AI-powered features that provide measurable value to users and the business.

• Design and build the production search & recommendation architecture, including the full retrieval, ranking, and reranking pipeline.
• Establish strong baselines and build evaluation and observability into every stage, with offline and online evaluation.
• Partner with ML Engineers and collaborate closely with PMs and SWEs to define, build, and ship AI-powered features that deliver measurable value.
