Debt Collection Expert

As a Debt Collection Expert, you will be responsible for managing relationships with collection entities, analyzing performance, coordinating within the collection tool, and providing excellent customer service. You should have at least 5 years of experience in the debt collection industry and a relevant university degree.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with collection entities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitoring and analyzing collection performance, implementing action plans to improve results.
• Coordinating and supporting the collection network, sharing best practices, and organizing workshops for process improvement.

• Microsoft office
• Sharepoint
• Debt Collection practices

Requirements

• 5 year’s experience in Debt Collection industry or equivalent
• Master / Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent University degree
• COP
• Knowledge of Coface’s products / conditions / provisions (especially Debt Collection)
• Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
