Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Join Humanoid, a company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, deployment, and operation of our data platform. You will lead external contractors, connect internal needs to implementation, build and operate cloud infrastructure, develop across the stack, improve the engineering platform, own data workflows, maintain production reliability, control access, and verify and hand over completed work.

Responsibilities

• Own the continued development, deployment, and operation of the existing data platform within Humanoid, including cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, platform engineering, and data engineering.
• Lead delivery by external contractors, acting as their sole point of contact with Humanoid, and ensuring that completed work meets Humanoid’s standards.
• Work with Humanoid’s engineering teams to understand requirements and constraints, maintain a clear backlog, communicate tradeoffs and progress, and raise risks or decisions early.
