Learning & Development Co-ordinator

As a Learning & Development Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for all employees. Responsibilities

• Coordinating Faculty's end-to-end onboarding programme for all new joiners, managing schedules, logistics, facilitators, and communications while co-hosting cohort sessions in person.
• Managing day-to-day administration of our Learning Experience Platform (Sana), including content uploads, tagging standards, user enrollments, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Supporting the Faculty-wide learning calendar and workshop logistics, handling invitations, materials, attendee tracking, and continuous improvement evaluation surveys.
