Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market needs.
• Utilize deep understanding of government contracting processes, including RFPs, to tailor our platform’s offerings to the unique needs of this sector.
• Work closely with the AI research team to identify and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our products, maintaining our competitive advantage.
• Strong familiarity with government contracting processes, especially RFPs

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a Federal Background Check and Identity Verification
• Proficient in agile methodologies and tools like Jira for product planning and execution
• Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI technologies and collaborate with technical teams to drive innovation
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills
• 6+ years with a proven track record as a Product Manager in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization, ideally within the government contracting space
• Experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup environment

Preferred

• Knowledge of the latest trends in AI and machine learning, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
