Payroll Manager (France)

Join our team as a Payroll Manager for France, where you will lead the end-to-end delivery of payroll for approximately 1,600 employees. You will stay updated on payroll laws and regulations, perform controls in accordance with the SOX framework, and collaborate with various internal partners to align payroll processes with business objectives. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for process enhancements, ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data, and build relationships with external payroll vendors.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience in data analysis and reporting

• Familiarity with payroll systems and software, such as SAP/ADP
• Prior experience as a Payroll Manager including delivery of high volume payroll in France
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external partners
• Must be fluent in French and English
• Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in team management

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

• Strong understanding of French payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
