Software Engineering Manager (Service Platform)

Lead and manage a team of software engineers focused on system reliability, performance, scalability, observability, infrastructure, security, and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of optimization strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years Management experience including personnel management, hiring, budget
• Experience successfully shipping large-scale backend services/platforms to production
• BS / MS in Computer Science or similar degree and/or 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Kotlin or Java
• Leading & delivering in fast paced and agile environment, in a highly cross organizational setup
• Experience working Dispatch systems, Routes, Maps

Preferred

• Experience in Ride Hail / AV Industry
