Associate Creative Director

Join Entain, a leading global sports betting and gaming company. As an Associate Creative Director, you will play a key role in shaping creative output, developing original ideas, providing copy and art direction, and collaborating with various teams. This is a hands-on creative leadership role that offers the opportunity to influence projects at an early stage and help shape the creative standards and culture of an expanding in-house agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated creative briefs from strategic thinking and concept development through to execution across social, digital, film, print, experiential and activations.
• Develop original ideas rooted in audience and cultural insight, translating brand platforms into distinctive campaigns, experiences and content.
• Provide strong copy and art direction, protecting the central creative idea as work moves from concept into production.
• Strong knowledge of social and digital platforms, combined with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders and guide other creatives.

Requirements

• Senior creative experience as an Associate Creative Director, Senior Creative or equivalent within an integrated, digital or creative agency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating original conceptual thinking and successful 360° campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent copywriting and art direction instincts, with the ability to turn strategic insight into simple, powerful creative ideas.
• Hands-on production experience, including taking concepts into shoots and working confidently with production teams, crew and talent.
