Responsibilities

• $19.00 per hour 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–4:30 PM Hands-on training from experienced mechanics Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance as low as $15 per week Paid holidays and PTO after 90 days 401(k) with company match What You'll Do: Assist with DOT inspections and repairs on semi trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Learn to inspect industrial equipment, identify potential issues, and assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Pick up parts and supplies to keep maintenance work moving.
• Learn to use tools and equipment safely while developing your mechanical skills.

Requirements

• A mechanical mindset and an interest in figuring out how things work.
• A desire in developing a career in maintenance or becoming a mechanic.
• Is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a physically demanding role that involves standing, walking and lifting.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and indoors in a maintenance shop where noise, grease, dirt, and other industrial conditions are present.
