The

Human Frontier Collective (HFC)’s mission is to bring the world's best minds to shape the future of AI. As a Creative Advisor, you’ll bring your creative practice into direct collaboration with Scale’s research and ML teams. You’ll help them understand how work gets made in your field, develop new work together, and provide feedback on how AI models support—or fall short of—real creative processes.

Our products provide the high-quality data and full-stack technologies that power the world's leading models, and help enterprises and governments build, deploy, and oversee AI applications that deliver real impact. We work closely with industry leaders like Meta, Ernst

Young, Mayo Clinic, Time Inc., the Government of Qatar, and U.S. government agencies including the Army and Air Force. We are expanding our team to accelerate the development of AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Meet and learn from creatives and researchers across HFC and your industry.
• Share the taste, judgment, methods, and creative decisions behind your practice to help inform model development.
• Collaborate on briefs and develop new work that helps explore what models can and cannot do in your field.
• Define what “good” looks like in your field, review model outputs, flag where AI falls short, and give feedback that shapes how models learn your craft.
• Introduce other creators in your field to the program and share your experience contributing work.

Who Should Apply

• We’re looking for leading creators in their field who are interested in shaping AI and how it’s changing creative work. No AI experience needed. Your expertise in your craft matters most, and being connected to others in your field is a plus. This is a paid, part-time role with a flexible schedule.
• Work with ML and research teams and connect with other leading creatives.
• Make new work through paid, commissioned briefs that challenge what models are capable of doing.

Pay

Paid $300 hourly, with compensation, time commitment, and project scope shared during your interview.
