Job Summary: The Client Services Project Manager (PM) manages the full lifecycle of client-facing projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, internal standards, and resource constraints. The PM serves as the primary liaison for all client relationships, manages assigned projects with support from senior leadership, where needed, and drives operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects from initiation through delivery by aligning with client objectives, internal standards, and resource plans, while translating client or court requirements into actionable solutions.
• Serves as a trusted liaison for client engagements, managing expectations, resolving issues, and supporting long-term success.
• Participate in consultative discussions and coordinate cross-functional support to ensure project alignment and integrated service delivery.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, performance management, and professional development for assigned Project Managers and team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and address employee performance concerns in accordance with company policies.
• Supports root cause analysis and continuous improvement by identifying and resolving recurring issues, incidents, and escalated events that impact operations, service quality, or client obligations.
• Contributes to refining standard operating procedures and best practices across all process improvement areas.
• Manage project forecasting, budgets, billing, and reporting using Epiq-approved platforms, while ensuring fiscal responsibility and supporting business reviews through client health reports and status updates.
• Demonstrates adaptability to internal and external systems, leveraging project management technologies to streamline workflows and support project goals.

Requirements

• Qualifications & Characteristics 5+ years project management experience total.
• For External Candidates - At least 2+ years of legal admin, paralegal, settlement experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience.) Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects and client relationships concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
• Familiarity with data workflows and document review processes.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors: Location-based market rate for the role Your abilities in relation to the job specification Performance during screening and interview Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
