Responsibilities

Generalist position across adults and paediatrics

Combination of clinic-based work and community visits

Diverse caseload including NDIS, functional assessments, rehab and ongoing therapy
Flexibility to lean into areas you enjoy as you settle into the role
A thoughtful approach to caseload allocation — not just filling your calendar
Expectations that are clear and achievable
A team that shares knowledge, without overcomplicating processes
Stability — low turnover and consistent support

Requirements

An OT who enjoys variety and wants to keep developing across different areas
Someone looking for a role that feels structured but not restrictive
Open to both early career and experienced clinicians
AHPRA registration
Driver’s licence (for community work)
