Responsibilities

• On-Site (5 days) Principal Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including heat exchanger engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software engineers and project managers to develop cost-effectiveness Maglev chiller products and solutions according to marketing requirements.
• Conduct research and analyze Maglev chiller market demands, industry trends, and customer requirements to ensure optimal product performance and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve cost reduce target through design, quality and production improvement.
• Collaborate with reliability and quality teams to improve Maglev chiller reliability and achieve quality target.
• Perform technical calculations, simulations, and analysis to validate design concepts and optimize chiller system performance.
• Conduct technical support on sales and after-sales business to achieve revenue target.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production teams on order management to ensure the smooth manufacturing and test of chiller products, providing technical guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct technical engineering report and engineering design manuals, component standards and codes for chiller design standardization.
• Participate in product improvement initiatives, troubleshooting technical issues, and proposing design modifications or enhancements based on customer feedback or field performance data.
• Stay up to date with advancements in chiller technology, and relevant industry standards to contribute to product roadmaps and continuous improvement efforts.
