Requirements

• pragmatic solutions, fast iteration, and curiosity over unnecessary complexity. AI-powered development tools and new product ideas are not just welcome - they're encouraged.
• At least two years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience building and shipping web applications
• Willingness to work across frontend, backend and infrastructure
• A strong user and product focus

Comfort working with imperfect knowledge and changing requirements

• A preference for rapid prototyping and iteration over extensive upfront planning
• Ability to balance delivery speed, maintainability, scalability, and technical quality
• Confidence using AI-assisted development tools and experience building AI-powered software
• Prior experience with AWS and infrastructure as code

Preferred

• German language skills are a significant advantage since the valuation business is in German
