Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training content for various learning programs, including micro-learning modules, video-based learning content, and instructor-led training materials.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including content uploads, version control, learner engagement, and reporting.
• Work closely with automotive subject matter experts to gather technical information and convert it into learner-friendly content, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

Requirements

• Experience in the Automotive industry is mandatory.

Preferred

• Certification in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Learning Technologies, or Video Production would be an advantage.
