Cloud Solutions Engineer

Join the Woodland Trust, the UK's largest woodland conservation charity, as a Cloud Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and expertise for cloud infrastructure and systems, ensuring security, resilience, and compliance. You will also support complex infrastructure and cloud-related incidents, identify opportunities for service improvement, and lead technical discussions with stakeholders. This is a hybrid position with a mix of home working and office attendance in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

Provide technical leadership and expertise for cloud infrastructure and systems, supporting the successful delivery of projects, service improvements, and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cloud infrastructure and solutions remain secure, resilient, and compliant with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, standards, and organizational policies.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency, including the delivery of cost-saving initiatives.
