Senior IT Support Engineer

As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in building and automating in-house IT systems, troubleshooting office IT environments, and managing day-to-day IT requests. Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for office staff with their IT issues, supporting IT BAU tasks, including ticketing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Provide direct support for Windows and MacOS, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with IT standards, and onboarding new joiners across multiple geographic locations.
• Develop and implement system scripting tasks to streamline processes and implement integrations between SaaS and internal services.
