IT Experience Intern

Join Anaplan as an IT Experience Intern in our Paris office for a 6-month paid internship. You'll gain hands-on experience in IT support, shadowing our IT Experience team and assisting with real support requests. This is a great opportunity for university students interested in a career in IT.

Responsibilities

• Assister avec le support de première ligne pour les ordinateurs portables, les tablettes et les appareils mobiles des utilisateurs finaux.
• Aider à la journalisation et à la mise à jour des tickets de support dans ServiceNow ou un système de ticketing comparable sous supervision.
• Participer aux tâches d'intégration des nouveaux employés, telles que la préparation, la configuration et l'approvisionnement des comptes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset

Fluency in French and English

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance
• Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies in a fast-paced environment

Basic familiarity with Mac and/or Windows devices

• Willingness to learn ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and follow structured support workflows
• No prior professional IT experience required; personal or coursework experience with computers is a plus
• Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar)
• Some exposure to Microsoft Office 365 suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Interest in pursuing a career in IT support, infrastructure, or a related field
