Implementation Specialist

Mastercard as an Implementation Specialist in the CIS Testing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing Mastercard products and services with financial institutions, ensuring accurate and precise vetting of customer network interfaces and systems for processing financial payments.

Act as the central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives throughout the processing implementation project, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• You will act as the central point of contact for customers throughout the processing implementation project, provide testing expertise and support, and handle multiple key customer processing implementation projects in parallel.
• Provide testing expertise and support to Mastercard customers for all products and services, acting as a processing implementation advisor to customers’ processing support staff.
• Handle multiple key customer processing implementation projects in parallel, including key implementations, and define, create, maintain, and document standard and non-standard key customer processing implementation processes.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with basic experience in Information Technology system knowledge and payment transaction processing.

Fluent in English is a must

• Ability to support change in a technical work environment
• Ability to interact with the customer and Senior management

Ability to multi-task covering multiple projects and products

• Mobile payment background, basic API understanding (API developer skills is a big plus)
• Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business or equivalent work experience
• Basic experience in Information Technology system knowledge, with strong understanding of network technology, applications, and project management. Basic payment transaction processing and industry business principles knowledge
