Responsibilities

• You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable scope.
• You'll lead technical discovery, map the technical landscape, assess feasibility, define requirements, clarify responsibilities, estimate delivery, support commercial scoping, define acceptance, resolve open questions, create handover packs, run handover sessions, structure demand, separate customer need from product capability, escalate decisions, own technical accountability, answer scope questions, assess scope misses, lead rectification, represent Rotageek, maintain change control, create test scripts, cover real-world scenarios, define test ownership, document defects, route issues correctly, support ongoing service, run workshops, build relationships, set expectations, challenge constructively, create reusable assets, use AI responsibly, capture evidence, improve the process, and measure quality.
