Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Join our team as a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, where you'll partner with various engineering teams to enhance the reliability and security of our systems. You'll lead the design and implementation of an AI-driven security pipeline, embed security into the development lifecycle, and define company-level SLAs, SLOs, and Error Budgets. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, senior-to-staff experience in SRE or infrastructure engineering, and hands-on application and infrastructure security experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform, data, QA, and product teams to understand their automation, infrastructure, monitoring, and security needs, and build tooling and processes that solve the problems.
• Build and maintain an agentic vulnerability detection and mitigation pipeline that will scan, triage, and propose fixes, with human-in-the-loop guardrails.
• Lead security and reliability incident response as first-class operational concerns, and define company-level SLAs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals. You build tools and systems, not just configure them

Requirements

• Senior-to-staff experience as an SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineer, owning production reliability at scale
• A coaching instinct: you measure impact by how much you raise the teams around you
• Hands-on application and/or infrastructure security experience; enough to lead the security conversation without a separate security team in the room
• Practical experience building with LLMs and agentic systems. You've shipped something real and understand their failure modes and where human oversight is non-negotiable
