Vertical Operations Manager (West)

Join our team as a Vertical Operations Manager (West) and take charge of the successful execution of delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities within assigned verticals (Fleet, Rental, or Dealership). You will oversee all aspects of planning, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality for installations and maintenance activities. Additionally, you will act as the operational counterpart to the Sales and Implementation teams, manage installation partners and contractors, and proactively achieve critical operations metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Superviser tous les aspects de la planification, de l'allocation des ressources, de la conformité en matière de sécurité et de la qualité pour les installations et les activités de maintenance.
  • Agir en tant que contrepartie opérationnelle pour les équipes de vente et de mise en œuvre, en confirmant la faisabilité des engagements de vente et en traduisant ces engagements en plans opérationnels concrets.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications are a plus

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation management skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations
  • Experience managing distributed Field Service Engineers (FSEs) or technical field teams
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to make operational decisions using metrics
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and installation partners
  • Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management (FSM) systems to manage operations and drive performance
  • 5+ years of experience leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams
  • Experience managing high-volume deployment, installation, or field service projects
  • Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
  • Travel to on-site locations based on business flow

Preferred

  • Experience in the automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or a similar operational environment

Pay

USD 110,000 - 125,000
