Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day workplace operations, managing services such as food and beverage programmes, office supplies, mail, packages, and general office upkeep to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all who enter the São Paulo office, upholding Braze’s high standards of hospitality, including onboarding support to new hires.
