Concrete Batcher | Stapylton Are you self-motivated and a team player? We have an opportunity for a reliable, committed and safety-focused individual to join our Team in Concrete Plant operations based out of Stapylton. In your new role with us, you will: Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers

Previous Concrete Batching experience will be highly regarded but not essential to be considered for this opportunity - training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
• Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency

Engage with customers and respond to enquiries

• Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements
• This role is a great fit if you: Have a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results
• Are a natural problem solver and enjoy planning and troubleshooting

Can efficiently support individual customer requests

• Want to contribute to the overall performance of the Heidelberg Materials business
• Front End Loader and forklift ticket is advantage but can be gained in the role

• Concrete batching or truck scheduling / logistics experience is highly desirable however not essential as training will be provided.

This opportunity is a permanent full-time role and required 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday - with ample overtime and weekend work, in accordance with business needs.
