Responsibilities

• (engineering, senior techs) for complex escalations
• HVAC/R & Facilities Maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems (WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS systems)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites
• Support refrigeration and kitchen ventilation systems

Facility Operations Support

• Travel between multiple sites (number of sites vary by region) throughout the week across the
• Conduct site inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Handle basic electrical and plumbing maintenance as needed
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and warranty work

System Performance & Troubleshooting

• Use Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor performance and diagnose issues
• Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite teams and vendors
• Review reports (startup, testing, balancing) to verify system performance
• New Site Support
• Assist with new facility openings by verifying installation and system functionality
• Identify issues early and coordinate corrective actions

Requirements

• 5+ years of
• commercial HVAC/R experience
• rooftop units, ventilation systems, or refrigeration(Walk-Ins)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites locally
• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Greater DMV Area

Preferred

• HVAC Universal certification (EPA, trade school, or equivalent)
• restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site facilities

Pay

• Pay: Ranging from $29.75 - $33.50/hr + Overtime + Full Benefits
• $29.75-33.50/hour + overtime
