Responsibilities

• You will facilitate user access and system administration, own the creation, documentation, training, and rollout of new business processes, and modifications to existing workflows.
• Your responsibilities include managing projects, and ensuring that all processes support overall business goals.

Requirements

• We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Minimum of five (5) years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in Property & Casualty Advanced knowledge of the agency operation procedures and the agency management system Advanced in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel Keen attention to detail and high level of organization

Leadership experience managing teams

• These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Associate or Bachelor's degree or industry equivalent experience
• Experience in project management and knowledge of associated systems Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one within 90 days

Pay

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
