Physics Teacher

We are looking for a Physics Teacher for an International School based in Chengdu. This is position is available from the upcoming 2027-28 academic year in August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Teach physics to secondary school students utilizing the IGCSE/A-level framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher majoring in the relevant subject
• At least 3 years’ related teaching experience
• Excellent English communicative skills
• Experience in IGCSE and A-Level curriculum
• QTS and teaching experience at bilingual international schools in China preferred

Pay

Monthly salary of 22,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
