Project Controller

Manage project financials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow planning. Monitor project performance, analyze variances, and support accurate margin and profitability reporting. Handle customer invoicing, payment follow-up, supplier invoice approvals, and financial risk management. Prepare financial inputs for project reviews and maintain project data and structures in IFS (ERP system). Collaborate closely with Project Management, Procurement, Treasury, and Finance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project controlling, project accounting, or a similar financial project environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Good commercial awareness, stakeholder management, and ability to work effectively in international teams. Proficiency in MS Excel, possibly IFS (ERP), and project management tools; Power BI is an advantage. Fluent English and German , with basic IFRS knowledge and understanding of project finance and tax principles. Traveling on demand (max 20%)

Pay

• Employment contract for an indefinite period + 13th Salary 5% Annual bonus
• 2400 EUR/month This amount is our minimum offered salary.
• Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
