About Guardiandentistry

• $65–$67 per hour Full-time Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM No evenings or weekends At Arlington Dental Aesthetics, we believe great patient care starts with a great team.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled based on provider recommendation

CBCT Nomad™ handheld X-ray iTero® digital scanner

• + Paid Holidays Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis) Complete periodontal charting
• Provide scaling and root planing (SRP) Take digital radiographs
• Administer fluoride treatments

Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

• Partner with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient experiences
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols

Requirements

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license or awaiting licensure (New Grads Welcome) Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
