Responsibilities

• Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets.
• You will also showcase your knowledge by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks in advance.
• The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.
• Leading the project team allocated to the project.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Managing the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
• Understanding technical requirements and ensuring project deliverables align with customer specifications and contractual requirements.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and control to ensure timely delivery.
• Effective stakeholder management skills, including coordination with internal teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ability to perform risk assessments, resolve project issues, and adopt a customer-centric approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Experience in the Utilities, Public Sector, and Industries segments, with Medium Voltage Switchgear (PGIS) products.

Requirements

• Qualifications for the role Degree in Electrical Engineering (should be full-time) Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in project management and order execution.
• Knowledge of SAP-SD (ERP system).
