Senior Technical Recruiter

Join Brex, a fast-growing financial technology company, as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define team needs and role requirements, source and assess candidates, and manage the full recruitment cycle. You will also focus on attracting and retaining diverse technical talent, tracking and analyzing key hiring metrics, and representing Brex's employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates through diverse channels, while managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Creating strategies to attract and retain diverse technical talent, proactively building pipelines for present and future needs.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make process improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data, product) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (e.g., US, Canada, LATAM)

Preferred

• Prior experience in employer branding or talent marketing initiatives
