• Optimizing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and broader recruiting stack, workflows, and processes end to end.
• Building metrics and reporting that leadership and Ops teams need to make decisions, and turning insights into concrete improvements.
• Partnering with Finance and business leaders to align workforce plans with business priorities and ensure recruiting capacity stays aligned.
