Join our team as a Director Product Manager for Commercial Banking. In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our next-generation business banking platform. You will define the multi-year product vision and roadmap, own and deliver client-facing experiences and APIs, and drive measurable outcomes. This is a high-autonomy role that will influence executive strategy and lead complex, regulated financial systems from concept through scale.

Responsibilities

  • Liderar el desarrollo de productos desde la fase de descubrimiento hasta el lanzamiento y la escalabilidad, gestionando y haciendo crecer un equipo de producto.
  • Colaborar de manera transversal con equipos de Negocios, Ingeniería, Riesgo, Cumplimiento, Tesorería, Finanzas, Ventas y Operaciones para llevar a cabo la hoja de ruta del producto.
  • Experience launching regulated financial products at scale from within a Bank

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time in platform and B2B roles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with proven track record leading ambiguous, cross-team 0→1 initiatives independently
  • Experience building and growing teams of product managers

Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical complexity for diverse stakeholders. Experience presenting to C-level leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field
  • Deep knowledge of Wires and ACH systems and operations
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, ledgers, and payments architectures
  • Experience building developer-first financial platforms or serving fintech/platform customers
  • Experience building front-end b2b experiences

Preferred

  • Direct experience building commercial/business banking or payments products
  • Treasury, cash management, or reconciliation platform exposure
  • Sponsor bank or Banking-as-a-Service experience
  • Stablecoin, tokenized deposits, or blockchain-based settlement experience
  • Experience with FedNow or real-time payments (RTP)
