Lead UX Designer (Platform Tools)

Join Quince as a Lead UX Designer, where you'll own the end-to-end design of key internal Platform Tool product areas. This senior, hands-on role involves problem definition, product strategy, detailed design, implementation, and iteration. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and end users to identify problems, understand workflows, and define the right experience within your product areas. Additionally, you'll help shape how Quince designs and builds products in an increasingly AI-native environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• This role is ideal for a senior designer who enjoys ownership, ambiguity, systems thinking, and bringing structure to complex problems
• You should be comfortable independently driving work forward even when requirements are incomplete or the solution is not yet defined
• We are looking for someone who actively uses tools such as Claude, Figma Make, and other AI-powered design and development tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, iteration, and collaboration with Engineering
• Strong systems thinking, interaction design, and information architecture skills
• Proven ability to own ambiguous product problems end to end as a senior IC
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
• Experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or operational products
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

7+ years of UX or Product Design experience

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Figma Make, or similar tools as part of the design process
• Strong UX and visual judgment across complex, data-heavy workflows
• Experience contributing to design systems or reusable UX patterns
• Experience creating functional prototypes with front-end code or AI-assisted development tools
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences or workflows

Preferred

• Experience with logistics, supply chain, warehouse, fulfillment, or related operational domains
• Experience designing tools used in physical operational environments
