Customer Experience Associate EN - Ecommerce

Join Brevo, a leading CRM and marketing platform, as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will manage customer interactions across phone, email, and chat, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive experience. You will also work closely with the tech team to identify bugs and develop familiarity with technical aspects of email marketing and e-commerce. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in technical customer support or client-facing operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities
