As a Senior Analyst, Process Architect, you will design and optimize operational processes for new product launches, focusing on digital assets and stablecoin capabilities. You will collaborate with various teams, establish governance and metrics, and drive clarity and alignment across functions.

Responsibilities

• Designing and leading end-to-end process design and redesigns for new product launches across operational functions such as Risk, Compliance, and Merchant Operations.
• Translating product, regulatory, and technical requirements into actionable processes, controls, and handoffs, and establishing governance, metrics, controls, and automated workflows.
• Collaborating across Operations with various partners to design end-to-end workflows by translating product and regulatory requirements, establishing controls, identifying automation, and ensuring launch readiness.
