Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and decision-making on assigned domains, using AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems.
• Mentor and uplevel early-career engineers, fostering a strong team culture and collaboration across disciplines.

Requirements

• Champion cutting-edge industry practices and actively participate in the adoption of new technologies as the system load doubles every year.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents (we use Claude Code)

4+ years of software engineering experience

• A generalist software engineering mindset ready to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques required for a fast paced startup environment
• A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
• The ability to learn quickly and mentor others
