Infrastructure Developer (Platform Engineering)

Join our Infrastructure team within the Platform Engineering division as an Infrastructure Developer. You will be responsible for designing, building, and evolving our cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, using Terraform. You will also build CI/CD pipelines, manage and scale multi-region Kubernetes clusters, and strengthen observability and security. This role requires 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering, and a strong collaboration skill set.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, using Terraform to ensure reproducibility.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with guardrails to ensure safe releases, and manage multi-region Kubernetes clusters.
• Strengthen observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting, and partner closely with product engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to support engineering teams
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP experience transfers well)
• Expert-level English, spoken and written
• A strong communicator who can explain platform complexity and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications

Proficient with Kubernetes in production environments

• AI-forward: you hold everything you build to an AI-native standard
• Experience with observability tools, including monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and managing deployments
