Responsibilities

• Definir la hoja de ruta técnica, los patrones de migración y las arquitecturas de referencia para mover funciones de Lambda y servicios de ECS a clústeres de Kubernetes.

Requirements

• This role requires deep expertise in both current (Lambda, ECS) and target (Kubernetes) compute architectures, as well as a strong focus on automation and developer experience
• Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker) and modern CI/CD practices
• Excellent communication, documentation, and technical leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams
• 8+ years of experience in Platform, Infrastructure, or DevOps Engineering roles, with significant time spent on large-scale compute migrations
• Deep, hands-on experience with AWS compute services, particularly AWS Lambda and ECS/Fargate, and a clear understanding of their operational models and scaling behaviors
• Proven experience migrating production workloads from traditional cloud compute (VMs, Lambdas, ECS) to Kubernetes
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform
• Experience with KEDA or similar event-driven scaling solutions on Kubernetes
• Experience working in and/or migrating to monorepo

Preferred

• Prior experience in driving complex, multi-quarter technical initiatives
• Experience with Python or Go for tooling development and automation
