Talent Manager

Join Moonbug Entertainment, a global leader in kids' entertainment, as a Talent Manager. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our artists, managing their schedules, correspondence, and logistics. You will foster a supportive environment for our talent and advocate for their well-being. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience in talent management or related fields, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of fast-paced production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assurer la gestion quotidienne des besoins des artistes, en favorisant un environnement de confiance et de soutien.
• Coordonner les calendriers, les logistiques et les communications des artistes, en veillant à ce que tout soit à jour en temps réel.
• Gérer les logistiques et l'avancement des tournages, des rencontres et des autres apparitions, en représentant les artistes sur place.

Requirements

Deep understanding of fast-paced production schedules and expectations

• Mastery of calendar logistics and project management tools (Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, or similar) with exceptional attention to detail
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a natural instinct for hospitality, caregiving, mentorship, and relationship-building
• 2–4+ years of experience in talent management, agency assistance, publicity coordination, or talent logistics within the LA entertainment or digital media ecosystem
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of managing high-touch, sensitive interpersonal relationships
