Finance Manager

Thesis, a fast-growing health and wellness company, as our first full-time Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting and planning processes, assisting with investor and Board reporting, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accountability to budgets and plans. You will also manage our financial software stack, partner with our external bookkeeper, and work closely with People Ops on risk management. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or related fields, and a passion for the health and wellness space.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience managing external bookkeepers, tax accountants or other agencies
