Join our team as a Senior Software Developer (C#/.NET) and play a key role in shaping technical decisions, guiding delivery, and ensuring the production of high-quality, scalable solutions for our enterprise-scale SaaS product, the Pinewood Automotive Intelligence Platform. You will collaborate closely with UK-based Product and Engineering teams, remain hands-on in coding, design, and architecture, mentor and coach team members, and contribute to building a positive, high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities

  • This role is ideal for a strong, hands-on developer with a solid understanding of database design, software development practices, and experience in enterprise SaaS industries.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software development practices and agile delivery methods
  • Experience building and supporting integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs or similar technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Experience delivering front-end functionality using HTML, JavaScript, and Razor
  • Proven experience as a Senior Developer within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Experience working across the full software development lifecycle, from concept through to production support
  • Practical experience working with Azure Cloud Services and Azure DevOps, or equivalent CI/CD tooling

Preferred

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS industries, or with complex, high-availability platforms, would be beneficial
  • Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and SQL / T-SQL
  • Proficiency with Visual Studio or VS Code
