Engineering Lead, Developer Productivity (AI & Agents)

Join Humanoid, a company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As a Technical Lead, you will build the platform that allows engineers to work more efficiently with coding agents while ensuring the security and integrity of our code, infrastructure, and robots. This hands-on leadership role involves building critical systems, recruiting and leading engineers, and working across various teams. You will measure success through engineering output, cost per accepted change, human review time, escaped defects, and time from push to healthy on the robot.

Responsibilities

• Own the path from an agent task to a healthy deployed change, including acceptance criteria, execution, verification, merge, rollout, monitoring, and rollback.
• Build secure, reproducible agent runtimes with task-scoped identity, short-lived credentials, bounded access, cost controls, and re-playable execution records.
