Software Engineer (Multi-Robot Coordination)

Join our Robotics organization as a Software Engineer specializing in Multi-Robot Coordination. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain application systems that enable robots to operate reliably in production environments. You will coordinate robot behaviors, manage system state, and integrate with enterprise systems. You will also build and maintain integrations with robot platforms, APIs, services, and data systems. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain application systems, integrations, and orchestration for robot coordination.
• Build and maintain integrations with robot platforms, APIs, services, and data systems.
• Lead or contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical planning, and guide operations in the warehouse.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• A proven track record of using analysis to influence high-stakes operational and engineering changes
• Demonstrated experience designing scalable systems and leading complex technical projects
• 2-4 years of experience in production‑level coding in C++, Python, or Rust
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge of distributed systems, backend services, API design, CI/CD, AWS, Kubernetes
