Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, scoping, and delivery of new market launches, owning the product strategy from initial problem framing through to customer-facing experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of how new carriers and markets are integrated into the Trainline platform, and ensure that complexity is invisible to the customer.
• Make informed investment decisions across the supply portfolio - balancing where to deepen existing integrations, where to improve what is already live, and where to prioritise launching net new markets or carriers.
