Responsibilities

• Raise the bar on engineering quality across system design, data correctness, reliability, and operational excellence for systems that run continuously at massive scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years managing engineers, including hiring and performance management
• Working knowledge of data privacy principles and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, COPPA) and a genuine commitment to building privacy-safe systems
• Strong foundation in at least one of: identity resolution, ad measurement/attribution, audience targeting/segmentation, or feature/data pipelines for ML

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and successfully lead teams through ambiguity
• Experience delivering large-scale distributed data systems, data pipelines, streaming/batch processing, and data stores handling high volume and low latency
