Senior AI Engineer / Technical Consultant

Artefact, a leading strategy and data consulting firm, as a Senior AI Engineer / Technical Consultant. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of impactful AI and data solutions, combining hands-on engineering with client advisory. You will define end-to-end architectures, lead complex proofs of concept, and build and evaluate machine learning models. You will also design and operate solutions on major cloud platforms, translate business goals into technical roadmaps, and enforce best practices on data privacy and responsible AI. Additionally, you will coach and mentor engineers and consultants, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to thought leadership in the AI space.

About Artefact

Construire, adapter et évaluer des modèles ML/DL/LLM en utilisant Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace) et concevoir des solutions sur Azure, GCP ou AWS.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory, and you must be eligible to work in Switzerland.
